We’re Moving

Starting on Sunday, September 2, our services, classes and events will be held at The Mountaineers, located at 7700 Sand Point Way in Seattle’s Magnuson Park.

Why are we moving?

Last year, we sold our current campus to Seattle Children’s Hospital, a necessity to maintain the fiscal health of the organization. The sale set us on the path to financial sustainability and has provided us with the opportunity to reassess how we can best steward the Center as a home for learning and spiritual growth as we enter our second century.

How long will we be at The Mountaineers?

The Mountaineers will be our interim home until we find a new permanent facility – we do not have a confirmed end date for our time there. We are actively engaged in the search for a new home and are committed to a thoughtful and strategic approach. We are grateful that our contract with The Mountaineers gives us the flexibility and freedom to find the right home, and not rush the process.

Will all CSL offerings – Sunday services, classes, group meetings, speaker events, etc. – be held at The Mountaineers?

The Mountaineers will host our Sunday programs, including Celebration Services, fellowship, classes, workshops, Spirit@Work and Youth Programs. Some events may be held at other locations; we will communicate that information on our website and via email on an event-by-event basis.

How can I stay up-to-date about our search for a permanent home?

We will be sharing updates via our email newsletter – be sure to sign up!
