During the winter months, we turn within and await longer days and warmer temperatures. Now, we find ourselves on the cusp of spring, poised between opposite forces, light and dark, receptive and active, unconscious and conscious, inner and outer. We use the symbolism of the spring holidays and uplifting music to harness the energies of birth and renewal, shedding the mantle of darkness, rising into a place of greater Love.

Good Friday

All good stories are soul stories. Our souls, and our lives, can feel stuck with stories that no longer serve us. Yet we can also fear doing the deep work of releasing the soul from what weighs it down.

We invite you to join us on Good Friday for an experiential evening of letting go. We will engage the power of biblical myths and the the moving music of Rafe Pearlman to untether our limited-selves so that we can rise up in Love.

Led by Kathianne Lewis, DD and special musical guest, Rafe Pearlman.

Friday, April 14 | 7 – 9pm | Celebration Hall

Easter Sunday

On Good Friday, we let go, releasing our soul and lives from stories that hold us back. On Easter we begin anew and rise up out of ourselves. Through the power of Love, we rise over any obstacle. Join us for a service of healing, joy and renewal.

With Kathianne Lewis, DD and special musical guests Margaret Owens, Geoffrey Castle, and CSL’s Angel Choir and Celebration Choir.

Sunday, April 16 | 9am & 11am | Celebration Hall

Ukrainian Egg Decorating, Sun Apr 9, 1:30 – 4:30pm, Sanctuary Flatlands
Pysanka is an Easter egg decorated using a wax method (aka batik) deriving its name from the Ukrainian verb pysaty, meaning “to write.” This form of folk art is pre-Christian, at least 7,000 years old, featuring designs with symbolic meaning in vibrant colors. Creating Pysanka is a meditative experience and a decorated egg represents a token of love, friendship, and protection. You will design your own egg, using basic techniques and drawing examples.
