Lead Child Care Staff

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with children Birth to 7 years old
• CPR/ First Aid Certification (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire)
• Complete WSP background check
• Personal Value system that supports teachings of Center for Spiritual Living
• Enthusiasm, Flexibility, Joyful Attitude
• Maturity and Dependability
• Must Love working with kids & provide patient, welcoming presence
• Communicates well with parents
• Experience working with volunteers
• Awareness of early childhood developmental stages
• Commitment to spiritual growth
• Able to lift 40 pounds

Essential:

• Completed Foundations or Beyond Limits class
