I needed that

I took two weeks off work lately and man, I needed that! I didn’t realize how much I ran on adrenaline until I had lots less to do every day.

So, now that I’m back at work and facing my to-do lists and appointment calendar, I want to do all I can to keep the inner calm I discovered on vacation alive in me.

Here’s my plan:

1) Walk more – Sophy, my dog, will appreciate that.

2) Socialize more – There’s always time for friends.

3) Meditate more – Meditation before make-up!

4) Play more – A game of Hearts anyone?

I put this on my blog because going public with my desire for a more balanced life will help keep me on track. Thank you for reading this.
